Buckby Construction is committed to ensuring ongoing compliance with the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation.

 

We take the safeguarding of information very seriously and have processes in place to ensure that your data is stored securely at all times. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect.

Buckby Construction store and utilise company address details, contact names, job titles, telephone numbers, email addresses to contact with customers and suppliers within the normal context of transactional business. We DO NOT store customer payment details.

 

This information will be used for business activities only e.g. enquiries, quotations, orders, invoices, remittances and payments plus general communication regarding a transaction.

 

Buckby Construction understand and acknowledge the rights of the individual in relation to their business practices.

Personal Data Breaches

The company has processes in place to ensure that any data breaches are detected quickly, reported to management and investigated in a timely manner. The company do not share or communicate any personal data with or to any other third party organisation at any time.

 

James Plant is the designated Data Protection Officer for the company and is responsible for the implementation of data protection policies and procedures.
