The data we collect about your business

Company name and contact details including billing and shipping addresses, business telephone number, mobile telephone numbers and named contact person business email address.

When you purchase a products and services from us your details – name, business name, address data, email and contact number together with your transactional history will be stored in our in house system. Please be assured that we do not store payment information such as payment card details and we do not share your personal details with any other company.

 

It is necessary to collect and store information in this way to ensure that we can deliver a high level of customer service and to allow for a smooth transaction process each time you purchase from us.

Methods we Use to Collect Data

We collect your data in the way of normal transactional business and your information is stored to enable us to improve our customer service i.e. to easily retrieve previous information as to what you have purchase from us, where we send goods, how you pay etc.

Direct Mail / Email

If you have confirmed that you are happy for us to do so, from time to time we may contact you to provide information about new ranges we are introducing, product offers or technical updates that have direct relevance to your business using your business email address or business mailing address. We may also contact you to check our records are right and to check every now and then that you’re happy and satisfied with the service we provide to you. We do not rent or trade email lists with other organisations and businesses. We do use third party companies to send emails or direct mail.

We take the safeguarding of your information very seriously and have processes in place to ensure that your date is stored securely at all times. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect.
